Conveyancing Costs and Disbursements

Please contact us directly or use our quoting tool for an accurate estimate which will be tailored to your specific circumstances however as a guide our costs are as follows;

Sale and Purchase Transactions up to £200,000 - £550.00 plus VAT and disbursements (see below)

£200,001 - £300,000 - £600.00 plus VAT and disbursements (see below)

£300,001 - £400,000 - £600.00 plus VAT and disbursements (see below)

Remortgage transactions Additional Costs - from £359.00 plus VAT and disbursements (see below)

Additional Costs

  • Leasehold property transactions £150.00 plus VAT

  • Online ID verification per named client £10.00 plus VAT

  • Dealing with a mortgage £25.00 plus VAT (where applicable)

  • Sending monies via CHAPS/bank transfer £35.00 plus VAT each

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs payable to third parties that relate to your matter and include the following:

Sale Disbursements

Case Management fee £32.40
Office Copies £3.00 per document required

Remortgage Disbursements

Case Management fee £14.40

Office Copies £3.00 per document

Bankruptcy search fee £2.00 per name

Land registry OS1 fee £3.00 per search

Purchase Disbursements

Case Management fee £38.40
Search Fees £150.00 - £250.00

Land registry OS1 search - £3.00 per search Stamp Duty Land Tax – (see link)

Search Indemnity insurance £14.00 - £50.00 (if acceptable to you lender, if not searches will have to be carried out and this will cost between £150 - £250)

If your property is leasehold there will be additional disbursements payable to the Landlord and/or management company. We will notify you of these at the earliest opportunity.

We may occasionally pay a referral fee if you are referred to our firm and this varies from £50.00 - £250 per transaction
